MAIN FEATURES OF THE INSTRUMENT
Flow Cytometer helps to quantify, count, sort, and profile cells/ DNA/ particles in a heterogeneous fluid mixture. Cells/ DNA or other particles suspended in a liquid stream are passed through a laser light beam in uniform flow. Light scattered and fluorescence intensity are measured by an electronic detection apparatus. | ||||||||||||||||||
